“I wanted to be a nurse for as long as I can remember.  I love spending time getting to know my patients and strive to help them feel at ease in our clinic, whether they are here for a Mohs surgery or for a cosmetic visit.”

Wendy grew up in Upstate New York with an older sister and four younger brothers.  She received her RN Diploma in Nursing from Albany Medical Center School of Nursing in 1987, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Russell Sage College in 1990.  Before she took some time away from nursing to raise her children, Wendy’s experience was in Pediatric Intensive care, Pediatric Visiting Nursing and working in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.  Once the kids were in college, she decided to pursue a new field of nursing and Dermatology presented an opportunity.  She has embraced this new opportunity working in Mohs surgery, cosmetics and general dermatology.  In her free time, Wendy enjoys cooking, reading, gardening, exercise and spending time with family and friends.
