DRIVING DIRECTIONS: 

Heading East on Kruse way, turn left at Daniel Way, turn right on Kruse Way Pl,  Heading West on Kruse Way, turn right on Daniel Way, Turn right on Kruse Way Pl, Headed north on Boones Ferry Rd, turn left on Kruse Way Pl. Headed south on Boones Ferry Rd, turn right on Kruse Way Pl.  Our three-story building is located just across from Oregon Association-Hospitals, The Springs of Lake Oswego, and near the Hilton Garden Inn and Olive Garden. Our bordering streets are Boones Ferry Rd. Kruse Way, Daniel Way and Kruse Way Pl.

We share our building with Providence Medical among other tenants. Our Lake Oswego location features plenty of parking including handicapped parking. Find our suite, #220, on the 2nd floor which you can access via our elevator or stairwell.
